RefractSurvey Groups
A group is how a survey is broken into sections — a way to put related questions together, like "About You," "Playtest Impressions," or "Steam Page Feedback." The built-in "Indie Game Feedback" template uses four groups: Steam, Playtest, About You, and Marketing & Presentation.
Why groups matter to respondents
When someone takes your survey, they see one group at a time, with Back/Next buttons to move between them, rather than one giant scrolling page of every question at once. This tends to make long surveys feel much more manageable. A page title at the top always shows which group they're currently on.
Building groups
From a survey's builder page, add as many groups as you like and give each one a title and (optionally) a short description shown to respondents at the top of that section. Groups can be dragged into a new order at any time while the survey is still a draft.
Moving questions between groups
Questions aren't locked into the group they were created in — you can drag a question from one group into another right in the builder, and RefractSurvey keeps track of the move automatically.
