RefractSurvey supports the following question types. Most of them collect an answer; a few are just there to add context.

== Types that collect an answer ==

== Types that don't collect an answer ==

These exist to add context to a survey rather than ask anything, and are never shown in [[RefractSurvey_Responses|Responses]] or [[RefractSurvey_Analytics|Analytics]]:

== Charting behavior ==

Yes/No, scale, single-choice, and multiple-choice questions are all automatically charted on the [[RefractSurvey_Analytics|Analytics]] page as answers come in. Number and date questions get grouped into histogram buckets. Short text, long text, and email questions aren't charted &mdash; they just show an answered/skipped count, since there's no useful way to summarize free text automatically.
